Signs of a Growing Family

Most people prefer for me to keep the blog, so we've decided to do that...at least for now. I'll try to remember to update it. :) We are off to Family Camp today and are so looking forward to the time as a family and with our church family. I'm scheduling this post to actually post after camp (on Saturday), so this will be old news by the time you read it! After camp, we are heading to Canada to visit my family up there. Looking forward to that time, too! It's been over two years since we've been up there. I am excited to see Grandma and watch her love on the kids and help them memorize Scripture. I'm excited to see my many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and catch up on their lives and what they are doing. I'm excited to have a road trip with our family...Ruth's first road trip...and make memories together. Anyway, I leave you with 3 signs of a growing family:

1) We have resorted to driving a minivan (something we said we NEVER wanted to do).

2) We have now added a car carrier to the top of the minivan so that we have enough carrying space for a playpen, stroller, suitcases, etc.

3) We have signs like this that tell us that every seat in the minivan will be full, come March 2012.

Well let me be the first to congratulate you on here. Creative way to share the news. My husband says "quiver full" in the Bible is translated minivan :)

We miss you, and are praying for safe travels for you-how wonderful to see many family members.

Have you talked to Rachel Z. at all? Does she live anywhere near where your relatives are in Canada?
